Tributes Pour In for Ray Phiri

SOUTH AFRICAN jazz legend, Ray Phiri had died.
The 70-year-old musician suffered from lung cancer and had recently been admitted to a hospital in Nelspruit. In an interview with The Sowetan earlier this month Phiri asked for space and privacy during his sickbed. He told the newspaper: “Let me suffer [in peace with my] pain, on my own with my dignity.”
Hello Pinky,
WMC State Capture on Police:
My email is not an article comment but a complaint against the criminal justice system. I also have allegedly been defrauded by Absa bank representatives. I have opened police cases for over 30 counts of alleged fraud committed by Absa bank representatives. But the police (esp Afrikaner generals) appear to be blocking the opening of the cases and subsequent prosecution. Would you consider being part of this escalation to PP? So it can highlight how high ranking Absa representatives are criminally abusing systems.
If so ; I can then send you my full details and PP complaint form.
Warmly,
Tyrone
Hi Tyrone
I dont have the power to “escalate” cases to the PP. The only thing I can do is write stories about your case(s). You would have noticed Im literally thin on resources and cant always get involved in other issues.
Send the stuff to uncensored opinion1@gmail.com and let’s have a look at the story.
Kindest
