EBEN ETZEBETH, the Springbok lock accused of hate speech and assaulting four people after a drunken night out with family and friends, has responded to the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) with his own lawsuit. In the ongoing saga in the case, there are also accusations that there’s a move by the Commission to remove Buang Jones from the team working on the case.
Furthermore, Commissioner Andre Guam is accused of negotiating with Etzebeth’s lawyers without disclosing this meeting with complainants. Guam, according to a report in the City Press, has denied any wrong doing, saying meeting the accused was all part of the process of attaining information surrounding an alleged incident. https://wp.me/p7OMJc-2QM
